Ingredients
- 0.25 liter ¼ whipped cream (cream)
- 5 tablespoon mascarpone
- liter ⅛ Baileys Irish Cream
- 150 g chocolate, bitter

- Whip the cream and mascarpone until creamy and gradually stir in the liqueur.
- Chop the chocolate into large pieces and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Pour the cream into portion glasses, pour the liquid chocolate over it and fold in loosely with a coffee spoon.
- To decorate, add a dab of whipped cream on top and chill until you enjoy it.
