Ingredients

For the cast:

  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 1 packet vanilla sauce powder

Also:

  • 4 m. Apples
  • Raisins
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Dice the marzipan for the topping. Mix the eggs and sugar with the hand blender until creamy. Stir in the crème fraîche and sauce powder.
  2. Wash, halve and core the apples. Pour the raisins into the hollows. Place the apples in a greased dish with the raisins on top. Pour the glaze over it.
  3. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C, fan oven 175 ° C) for approx. 35 - 40 minutes.
  4. Vanilla ice cream or cream or both tastes good with it.
