Ingredients

  • 900 g apples
  • 1 packet preserving sugar (: )
  • 100 g raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 5 g marzipan paste, possibly more, up to 1

Instructions

  1. Dice the apples very small or, better, grate them on a coarse grater. Mix with the preserving sugar and let stand for 3 - 4 hours. Add the raisins and cinnamon and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 4 minutes over high heat. Don`t forget to stir!
  2. Cut the marzipan into small cubes and add shortly before the end of the cooking time. Fill directly into twist-off glasses and turn upside down to create a vacuum. The amount of marzipan can also be varied according to taste.
