Ingredients

  • 4 apples, e.g. Boskop
  • 4 tablespoon jelly, currant
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoon almond sticks
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Remove the core from the unpeeled apples. Mix the currant jelly with the raisins and the almond sticks and pour into the apples. Pour the wine into a buttered casserole dish, place the apples in it and fry them in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
  2. Take out and put 1 teaspoon butter on each apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve hot.
