  • 4 large apples

  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 butter flakes
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 170 g sweet cream
  • 3 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and remove the casing with a cookie cutter, then cut in half and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
