- 4 banana (s)
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) baking powder
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 250 ml oil

- Make a batter out of flour, eggs, salt and baking powder. If it`s too thick, add a little water. Peel the bananas, cut each one twice and add to the batter. Heat the oil and fry the bananas until golden. Drain briefly on a kitchen towel. Place on dessert plate and cover with honey to taste.
- Vanilla ice cream also goes well with it. You can also use pineapples instead of bananas.
