  • 900 g potato (s)
  • 450 g tomato (s), small

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel and finely dice the onions. Cut the basil into strips. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices approx. 1 cm thick. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and layer them alternately with the potatoes in a flat baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, onions and basil over everything. Pour oil over it. Cover and bake in the oven for approx. 60 minutes.
