Brussels sprouts – 250 g Butter – 25 g Milk – 50 ml Flour – 1 teaspoon Cheese – 30 g Salt – 1-2 pinches

Boil water (1 l), salt it. Boil the cabbage heads slightly in salted water. You need to cook for 15 minutes. Grate cheese.
To prepare the sauce, fry the flour in a gravy boat (without oil). You need to fry literally 30 seconds. Pour in milk, stir, cook for 5-7 minutes (the sauce should thicken a little). Then turn off the sauce and add butter to it.
Throw the cabbage in a colander, dry. Fry in oil – 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour a little milk sauce, seasoned with butter. Put in a frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven until golden brown (10 minutes at 180 degrees).
