Baked Brussels Sprouts with Pearl Onions

A side dish of baked Brussels sprouts and pearl onions will perfectly decorate your festive table. It looks beautiful, it turns out tasty and juicy – just what you need with meat or poultry! Ingredients

  • 2 packs of 400 gr. frozen pearl onions
  • 1 packet (620 g) frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 ° C
  2. Place the pearl onions and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper and stir
  3. Bake until vegetables are lightly browned and warm, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
