Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • some margarine

Instructions

  3. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, nutmeg and the granulated broth, but you can add a little more flavor.
  4. Now pour the ham and then the cheese over the cauliflower head. Then pour the sauce around the side of the cauliflower.
  5. Now bake in a hot oven at approx. 180 ° C until the cheese has melted.
