Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream or sour cream
- 2 tablespoon flour
- some margarine
- 2 teaspoons stock, grained
- 1 some salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- 5 slices ham
- 5 slices Emmentaler
- water (cauliflower cooking water)

- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut off the stalk. Then cut the remaining stalk in a cross shape so that it cooks better. Now cook the cauliflower in salted water until it`s done. Put the cooked cauliflower in an ovenproof dish.
- In the meantime, make a roux from the margarine and flour. Pour in the cauliflower boiling water and bring to the boil until a creamy sauce is formed. Now add the sour cream to the sauce.
- Season the sauce with salt, pepper, nutmeg and the granulated broth, but you can add a little more flavor.
- Now pour the ham and then the cheese over the cauliflower head. Then pour the sauce around the side of the cauliflower.
- Now bake in a hot oven at approx. 180 ° C until the cheese has melted.
