Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 80 g suar

  • 125 g mararine
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For covering:

  • 500 g quark
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough from the ingredients. Grease the springform pan and spread the dough in it. Press the edge up about 1 cm.
  2. Topping: Mix everything together and pour into the springform pan. BASE IS VERY LIQUID !!
  3. Bake the whole thing at 175 ° C for about 60-70 minutes. Then leave to rest for about 10 minutes with the oven switched off.
