Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 150 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 200 g processed herb cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink
  • 1 clove garlic or garlic granules
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 scoop mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Then layer in a baking dish.
  3. Heat the spinach with the processed cheese and tomato paste in a saucepan. If fresh garlic is used, cut it into small pieces and add to the sauce. Season to taste with the spices.
  4. Spread the sauce over the meat. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and distribute evenly over the sauce.
  5. Put the casserole in the oven and bake until the cheese is lightly brown.
