Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Rinse the chops in cold water. Pat dry with kitchen paper, then season with salt and pepper (use the salt sparingly, as the cheese is usually quite salty).
  3. Heat the clarified butter in a large pan. Add the chops and fry them brown on both sides. Take out and place side by side in an appropriately sized ovenproof dish. Finely grate the cheese and distribute it on the chops. Dust evenly with the paprika powder and cover with small flakes of butter.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.
  5. Potatoes and a large bowl of mixed salad taste best with them.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
