- 200 g sausae, Turkish (sucuk or paprika salami or similar)
- 4 egg (s)
- 125 ml cream
- 100 g cheese (e.. Tilsiter or similar)
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oil

- First boil the potatoes in water and let them cool down. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the sucuk and cut into cubes.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with oil and heat. Fry the rosemary sprigs for 2-3 minutes until they are brown. Then fry the potatoes and sucuk for about 10 minutes.
- Grate the cheese and mix with the eggs and cream. Pour the mixture into the pan, season and stir briefly.
- Then put the whole thing in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for about 10-15 minutes until it is golden yellow. Suitable for breakfast or snacks.
