A very tasty and juicy dish can be prepared from any fish fillet while spending a minimum of food and time. For a side dish, cook pasta, mashed potatoes, rice with vegetables, or buckwheat.

Cook: 40 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet – 500 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

For the sauce:

  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dry spices (any) – 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. We prepare all the ingredients.
Any fish fillet will suit your taste (I have a pike perch fillet).
Mayonnaise can be completely replaced with sour cream.
  2. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  3. We wash the tomato, remove the stalk. Cut the tomato into cubes.
Chop or grate the peeled clove of garlic.
  4. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, cheese, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, and part of the fish seasoning, mix.
  5. Grease the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil.
  6. Cut the fillet into portions. We put it in shape. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with the remaining spices.
  7. Distribute the resulting sauce evenly over the fish.
  8. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Our fish is Greek ready. Any side dish is combined with such delicious fish.
  10. Serve fish immediately after cooking.

Enjoy your meal!
