Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in salted water, then drain.
  2. Peel the garlic and crush it with the palm of your hand on the work surface. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the garlic cloves to the hot olive oil. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Place with the cut side down in the hot fat to the garlic cloves and fry, then turn over and season with salt. Remove the garlic cloves. Add the tomatoes and bring the sauce to the boil. Salt and pepper, add a pinch of sugar. Add the cream and chopped basil. To taste.
  3. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them. Spread the sliced mozzarella on top.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
