Ingredients

  • 450 g mixed salad (rocket, radicchio, chicory)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 8 small cheeses, (goat cheese)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and pat dry the salads. Cut the tomatoes into fine strips. Strip the rosemary needles from the stem. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Divide the goat cheese on four ovenproof plates. Drizzle with ½ tablespoon oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake for about 7 minutes.
  3. Mix the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a marinade. Arrange the lettuce and tomato strips around the goat cheese and drizzle with the marinade. Cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over the salad.
