Ingredients

  • 400 g celery sticks
  • 1 bowl bouillon, pure (finished product)
  • 1 cup sour cream, (0%)
  • 2 egg (s), XL
  • 100 g cheese, rated Emmenthaler
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the celery and remove the stalks from the stalk.
  2. Cut off the light green leaves and finely chop the crispest.
  3. Cook the sticks in vegetable stock for 15 minutes, drain and place in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Now whisk the cream, the grated cheese and eggs, add the chopped celery leaves. Pour over the celery.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Tip: The pure bouillon eliminates the need to add salt and pepper!
