Instructions

  1. Total time: 15 minutes
  2. Wash the pumpkin, cut in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the unpeeled pumpkin halves into approx. 1 cm thick slices and brush with oil or butter. Season with herb salt and pepper. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley. Serve as a side dish with meat or vegetarian with mashed potatoes.
  5. Tip: The wedges also taste good cold.
