Ingredients

  • 2 port. Fish fillet (s), (plaice fillet)
  • 60 g bacon, smoked, mixed
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • Salt and pepper, whiter from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • some oil
  • some parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the plates!
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Wash the clods, pat dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Turn in the flour and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown for 5-7 minutes, preferably in 2 pans at the same time.
  4. Fry the bacon cubes in the frying fat until crispy. Add the butter and let it froth.
  5. Arrange the clods on the preheated plates and pour the bacon stick over them. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with boiled potatoes and green salad.
