Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 75 ml milk, low in fat
  • 3 tablespoon applesauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 small apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Brush a small baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Mix the oatmeal, milk, baking powder, egg white, applesauce, salt and half of the cinnamon in a bowl and place in the baking dish. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with the apple, nuts, cinnamon and honey.
