Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), new, medium and small
  • some oil, (garlic oil)
  • some stalks rosemary
  • little curry powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot pink
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes or chilli powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash and quarter the potatoes, then dab with kitchen paper. Mix well in a large bowl with the garlic oil, curry, paprika, chilli, salt and pepper and place on a previously greased baking sheet. Add the rosemary sprigs.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
  4. Serve with the sour cream and a fresh green salad. A cucumber salad also goes well.
