  • Potatoes (young) large – 6 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Butter (room temperature) – 50 g
  • Fresh greens (parsley) – 1 small bunch
  • Garlic – 2-4 cloves
  • Ground black pepper (or other spices) – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes). Let the boiled potatoes cool slightly.
  2. Chop greens (parsley).
  3. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Peel the garlic and also grate it on a fine grater.
  5. Mix the softened butter with cheese, herbs and garlic. Add black pepper or other spices to taste. If the cheese is not too salty, you can also add salt to taste.
  6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes in half and place them in the dish, cut up.
