Instructions

  1. Cook the piece of Kasseler in the roasting tube at 190 ° for about an hour and then let it cool down. Slice.
  2. Layer 1/2 slice of smoked pork and 1/2 slice of pineapple in a casserole dish in a fan shape.
  3. Heat the processed cheese, processed herb cheese and cream in a saucepan so that a mixture is created, then pour this over the Kassler into the baking dish.
  4. Baked for 1/2 hour at 225 °.
