Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 40 ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 20 g cheese, for ratinatin

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and let the onion become translucent in it, mash the clove of garlic and cook with it. Now add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. Wash, clean and quarter the mushrooms and add to the spinach. Pour on the white wine and stew for another 5 minutes.
  3. Then stir in the sour cream and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Put the vegetables in a flat baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Baked light brown in the oven at approx. 180 - 200 degrees.
