Ingredients

  • 800 g zucchini
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • Oil or frying fat
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml beer
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini. Cut off the ends, cut into slices approx. 1 1/2 cm thick and sprinkle with salt. Place the slices in a sieve for approx. 1 hour to drain.
  2. Mix the eggs, flour, milk, beer, salt and pepper into a deep-fried batter and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil or frying fat until a cube of white bread turns brown in 1 minute. Dry the zucchini slices and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper. Turn in the deep-fried batter and fry about 8 slices in the fat at the same time. Then place on greaseproof paper and sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
