- 200 ml balsamic vinegar
- 200 ml olive oil, good
- 100 ml water
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon mustard, Djion
- 1 tablespoon herbs, (Italian salad herbs)
- sweetener, liquid
- Salt and pepper

- Mix up all the ingredients with the magic wand.
- Now peel the spring onions and chop them with a little leek and add to the oil and balsamic vinegar mixture.
