Balsamic – Strawberries

• 500 g strawberries
• 50 ml balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Pepper from the mill, colorful

Instructions

1. Carefully wash and clean the strawberries and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size. Divide the berries in 4 dessert bowls or glasses. Warm up the balsamic vinegar, add the honey, simmer for 1 minute, then leave to cool. Sprinkle the strawberries with it, grind with a little pepper and serve.
