Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pepper from the mill, colorful

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into halves or quarters depending on size.
  2. Divide the strawberries evenly among 4 dessert bowls or glasses.
  3. Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the honey and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature, about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Pour the cooled balsamic mixture evenly over the strawberries in each bowl.
  7. Grind colorful pepper over each bowl and serve immediately.
