Ingredients

  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 1 large banana (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 tablespoon currants
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Salt or sprinkling seasoning
  • possibly mandarins or cherries
  • possibly curry

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower, drain it and grate it into fine slices with a cucumber slicer. Peel and slice the banana and mix with the cauliflower and lemon juice.
  2. Put the currants in a sieve and wash them thoroughly under a jet of hot water. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it with the currants into the salad, which is seasoned with a little salt or spice (fondor).
  3. Then serve and garnish with tangerine slices or cherries, if desired.
  4. If you like, you can also add a little curry to this fresh salad.
