Ingredients

  • 4 banana (s), mashed
  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), chocolate
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder, (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 1 bar chocolate, semi-sweet, vegan
  • 150 g couverture, dark, vean
  • 100 g spread (dark chocolate), vean
  • 75 ml sunflower oil
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Possibly desiccated coconut, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate bar, chop 50g of the couverture into pieces, mix with all other ingredients (except for the desiccated coconut for sprinkling), spread on a high baking sheet (lined with baking paper), bake for approx. 25-30 minutes at 180 °.
  2. Let it cool down and melt and spread the rest of the couverture, if necessary sprinkle more coconut flakes over it. To cut in pieces.
