Ingredients
- 1 large banana (s)
- 1 kiwi (s), yellow
- 500 ml pineapple juice
- 200 g coconut milk
- possibly cream

- First peel the kiwi with the help of a peeler and cut into large pieces. Also cut the banana into large pieces. Then puree the fruit with a little pineapple juice.
- When everything is finely pureed, add the remaining juice and coconut milk and mix well. If you like, you can also add some cream.
- Fill into glasses and enjoy cold.
- Hints:
- If the smoothie is too sour or tastes too little like coconut, you can simply vary the ingredients a little until it suits your own taste.
- The cream is not absolutely necessary, the coconut milk itself has a high fat content, which is why this smoothie is only more or less healthy, but it is tasty every now and then!
- You should make sure that coconut milk does not contain any additives, otherwise it will taste rancid and not really like coconut!
