Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 100 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a firm dough. Pour the dough into prepared muffin molds and press against the edges so that small bowls are formed (silicone molds are well suited here).
  2. Bake in a hot oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes and then let cool down briefly.
  3. Fill with yoghurt and fruits or nuts.
  4. A quick and tasty alternative to normal yogurt with oat flakes and fruit.
