Ingredients

  • 350 ml yoghurt, natural soy, e.g. from Alpro
  • 2 m. Banana (s), ripe
  • 1 tablespoon puree (almond puree or nut puree, well heaped
  • 1 tablespoon honey, (blossom honey), well heaped
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
  • 3 tablespoon bran, (spelled bran) or wheat germ
  • some fruit, fresh, sour berry fruit
  • 2 tablespoons muesli, or more for breakfast

Instructions

  1. Put the soy yogurt in a large bowl. Add the bananas, almond butter, honey and lemon. Puree everything with the blender until creamy. Finally add the spelled bran or wheat germ and stir in. The dessert can be served like this.
  2. Match the ripeness of the bananas and the amount of honey. With nut butter you can be more generous if you like.
  3. Tip: Some tart berry fruits can be added to taste.
  4. Tip: Also suitable as a basis for breakfast muesli or as a banana drink with 500 ml soy gourd.
