  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 125 g spelled flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g mararine
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 30 g almond (s), round

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and almonds together.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, margarine, chopped apples, and bananas together. Then stir both together with a spoon or spatula, not a hand mixer.
  3. Pour the batter into the muffin maker molds and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Oven temperature approx. 180 degrees circulating air / 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
