Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk (milkmaid caramel)
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 160 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 40 g suar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon water, cold

Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas, core the apple and cut into small pieces with the skin on. Stir in the lemon juice and the desired amount of caramel (5-10 teaspoons). Pour into a small baking dish. Make the crumble from the other ingredients and crumble onto the fruit.
  2. Bake the crumble at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. Vanilla ice cream goes well with it.
