Ingredients

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 300 g corn, round OR
  • 300 g flour *
  • 40 g raisins
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 500 g banana (s), ripe (leopard style)
  • 120 g mararine, unhardened
  • 80 g cane suar OR
  • 120 g suar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ vanilla powder (bourbon)

Instructions

  1. Sort out 20 (bread) / 12 (muffins) walnut halves, finely chop the rest.
  2. Mix in margarine and sugar, add bananas and stir.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder, vanilla powder, salt and nutmeg + walnuts, chopped, add to it + stir well
  4. For bread:
  5. 20 walnut halves.
  6. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and cover with the walnut halves. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° / gas mark 3 for 60-70 minutes.
  7. For a loaf pan = about 15 slices.
  8. For muffins:
  9. 12 walnut halves
  10. Grease 1 tray (12 wells) well with margarine, spread the dough, place half a walnut on top.
  11. Bake in the cold oven at approx. 140 ° C for approx. 40 minutes, needle test
