Ingredients
- 2 banana (s), ripe
- 60 g chia seeds
- 500 ml almond milk (almond drink) or soy milk
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup or liquid honey
- 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
For the topping:
- 3 tablespoon dark chocolate (dark chocolate), grated
- 3 tablespoon banana chips

- Puree one of the two bananas. Add the chia seeds and mix with the almond milk, maple syrup and curd. Put half of this mixture in a second bowl and stir in the cocoa. Cover both bowls and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Then layer both masses alternately in glasses. Slice the second banana and spread some banana slices between the layers. Use banana chips and dark chocolate as a topping.
- Vegan version: Replace the quark with plant-based chocolate protein powder and the dark chocolate with cocoa nibs.
