Carrot-banana smoothie with Kefir and Apple Juice

A bright and tasty drink with an unusual combination of ingredients – carrot-banana smoothie with kefir and apple juice. Kefir and banana give the smoothie a delicate texture, while apple juice gives it a pleasant sourness. Try to make such an original and healthy drink!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 250 g
  • Banana (peeled weight) – 200 g
  • Kefir – 200 ml
  • Apple juice – 150-200 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and also cut it into small pieces.
  2. Put the carrots and banana in a blender, add kefir here. Grind everything in a blender.
  3. Then pour apple juice into the mixture. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
