  • 80 g corn rits
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 handful cashew nuts
  • 3 date (s), dried
  • 300 ml water
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 handful raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix the banana with cashew nuts, dates and water. Put together with the corn grits in a saucepan and stir with a whisk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook to a thick porridge. Pour into a bowl and serve with cinnamon and raisins.
