Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 2 bell peppers your choice, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • coconut milk
  • 3 banana (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into large cubes and fry in a little heated oil until translucent. Add the meat and sear it. Season well with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add the pepper strips and fry briefly. Then deglaze with coconut milk as required and simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and heat them briefly.
  2. Serve with basmati rice.
