Ingredients

  • 700 g ooseberries, (cleaned)
  • 300 g banana (s), (peeled)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 1: 2
  • possibly banana liqueur

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the gooseberries. Coarsely grind the fruit with a hand blender and place in a saucepan.
  2. Cut the bananas into slices and mix with the gooseberries. Mix the lemon juice into the fruit pulp. Add the preserving sugar, mix and let stand covered for approx. 2-3 hours.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, then pour into glasses while hot. Turn the glasses upside down for 5 minutes.
  4. If you like, you can add 3-4 tablespoon. Add the banana liqueur.
  5. From this recipe I get 5 glasses of approx. 300 g each.
