Ingredients

  • 125 g rice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
  • 125 ml meat stock (instant)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain in a sieve.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and fry for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the minced meat and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and no pink remains.
  4. Peel the bananas and slice them into roughly ½ cm thick pieces.
  5. Add the tomato paste, meat stock, and cooked rice to the pan. Stir in the sliced bananas.
  6. Stir everything together and season with ½ teaspoon curry, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste.
