Ingredients

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil (for frying)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Take 200 g of oatmeal, pour 200 ml of warm milk and leave for 20 minutes to swell.
  2. Peel one banana, add a little salt and mash with a fork until puree.
  3. Combine the banana puree with the oatmeal and add 1 egg.
  4. Add 1 tbsp sugar to the mixture, 2 tbsp flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Stir well to distribute all ingredients evenly in the oatmeal.
  5. Fry the pancakes in a skillet with 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove any remaining oil. Serve with honey.
