Instructions

  1. In a tall bowl, chop the banana into small pieces. Pour in the condensed milk. Mix with the hand blender until you get a banana milk.
  2. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Beat the batter until you get a nice pancake batter. Mix in the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Preheat the pan to 3 and grease with oil or butter. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Arrange on plates and serve with sugar, cinnamon, nut nougat cream or vanilla sauce with ice.
  5. Tip: If you like, the dough can be enriched with oat or coconut flakes or pieces of banana. Instead of condensed milk, you can also use coconut milk.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
