Ingredients
- 500 g quark (vanilla quark)
- 250 g natural yourt
- 4 tablespoon peanut cream
- 3 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 4 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon peanuts
- 4 tablespoon caramel sauce

- In a bowl, stir the vanilla quark with natural yoghurt, peanut cream, chocolate sprinkles, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and the liquid honey until creamy. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and place them side by side in a rectangular dish. Then spread the vanilla quark mixture on top and smooth it out. Chop the peanuts a little smaller.
- Serve the quark dish garnished with the caramel sauce and the chopped peanuts immediately.
- Tip: You can also use chocolate sauce instead of caramel sauce.
