Instructions

  1. For the banana porridge, peel a banana and put it in a blender with the milk. Only run the mixer until the banana is finely chopped. Mix in the oatmeal into the liquid until it is a fairly firm pulp. It should be varied according to taste. Spread the porridge on a high plate or in a bowl.
  2. For the topping, cut half a banana into slices, core the apple and also cut into thin slices. Place the banana and apple slices on the porridge. Finally, put the cinnamon in a sieve and spread over the plate. Of course, it can also simply be sprinkled over.
  3. Tip: Allowing the porridge to steep a little before consuming it can help it take on a firmer consistency.
