  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 650 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 75 g suar and 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Layer the egg biscuits in a baking dish and place the sliced bananas on top. Cook the pudding as instructed, but stir in the 2 egg yolks with 650 ml of milk and 75 g of sugar when done. Spread the pudding over the cookies and bananas. Beat the egg white with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff, spread evenly over the bananas or sprinkle decoratively on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 5 to 10 minutes until the egg whites take on a nice light brown color.
