I have already made banana bread many times. This time I decided to make it with pumpkin puree. These ingredients work well with each other.
Cook: 1 hour 40 mins
Ingredients
Flour – 5 Glasses
Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
Soda – 2 Teaspoons
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon – 2 Teaspoons
Ground ginger – 0.5 Teaspoons
Nutmeg – 1 Pinch
Bananas – 3 Pieces (you need 2 cups of puree)
Pumpkin puree – 2.5 Glasses
Sugar – 1 Glass
Honey – 1 Glass
Vegetable Oil – 2/3 Cup
Eggs – 4 Pieces
Directions
Peel large bananas and mash them into puree.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg.
Add pumpkin puree, sugar, honey, eggs to a bowl of banana puree.
Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin and banana puree mixture and stir.
Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes. After baking, cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
