Instructions

  1. Separate the egg. Mix egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Then add the quark and condensed milk and stir well together. Boil the custard with the milk and an additional 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold it into the pudding, which has already cooled down a little.
  2. Mix the vanilla cream with the quark and egg mixture. Press the bananas into small pieces, add to the mixture and mix everything well. Serve cool.
  3. Tip: Drizzle a little lemon juice over the bananas to prevent them from turning brown so quickly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
