Banana Raisin Bread

Banana Raisin Bread is insanely simple but delicious homemade baked goods. A perfect dessert for a family weekend tea party.
Cook: 1 hour
Ingredients
- Banana – 3 Pieces
- Sugar – 110 Grams
- Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Butter – 110 Grams
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
- Flour – 225 Grams
- Raisins – 140 Grams
- Orange Juice – 1 Glass
Directions
- Soak raisins in orange juice for half an hour
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl using a sieve.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until completely dissolved.
- Beat eggs, stir in butter mixture.
- Add vanilla, banana puree, and then mix everything with dry ingredients mixture.
- Knead the raisins into a uniform dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased baking dish, cook the bread for 50-55 minutes at 200 degrees.
