  • Raisins – 140 Grams
  • Orange Juice – 1 Glass

Banana Raisin Bread Instructions

  1. Soak raisins in orange juice for half an hour
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl using a sieve.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until completely dissolved.
  4. Beat eggs, stir in butter mixture.
  5. Add vanilla, banana puree, and then mix everything with dry ingredients mixture.
  6. Knead the raisins into a uniform dough.

  7. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish, cook the bread for 50-55 minutes at 200 degrees.
